• I will use the correct approved formal record system. ATG staff use ShiftCare; independent partners use their own authorised system. Important notes, medication records, incidents and sensitive information never belong only in this portal or chat.
• Before supporting someone, I will read the current care plan, risks, alerts and handover, and ask when anything is unclear.
• I will act on safety concerns early, phone urgent matters through and complete the required incident record promptly.
• I will use approved WhatsApp groups for brief coordination only, never as the clinical record or a place for sensitive details.
• This login belongs to me. I will not share it, and I understand Management is separately restricted.
• The Care Hub records sections I open, selected resource links and training I mark complete for support, compliance and audit. It does not record my keystrokes, drafts or browsing outside the portal.
